How long will it take to receive my order?
Cynnamon Sugar, LLC currently ships through the United States Postal Services (USPS) Priority Mail. Once the product is shipped, most domestic orders take between 3 to 5 business days excluding major US holidays and weekends.
International shipping will vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

Why haven't you responded to my Social Media comments?
Sometimes I do not see or receive all notifications. While I do try my hardest to respond , please know it is not personal.
My package was lost/stolen. How do I get my items?
All packages are shipped through the USPS Priority Mail. Once an order is delivered with proof from the tracking number, Cynnamon Sugar, LLC does not hold liability if that package has been stolen or misplaced. If you are unsure that your package is safe to be left at your home please email LuxeandLax@gmail.com to pay for a required signature. This means the package will not be dropped off at your home without a signature of someone in the home. For all lost/stolen packages an investigation will take place with the USPS to resolve the issue. Email Luxeandlax@gmail.com with your order name, date, and what you've ordered for identity reference and to prevent fraudulant investigations.
I gave the wrong address. How do I get my package?
Please double check your address. If this can not be avoided please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of making an order to prevent added charges. If you enter the wrong address and the package is returned to me, you can pay for shipping again, or cancel your order entirely for a refund of the products. You will not be refunded for the shipping costs.
Will I be able to receive a refund?
Cynnamon Sugar, LLC reserves the right to decline refunds due to the nature of the product. Refunds are only available if there is an error on Cynnamon Sugar, LLC's behalf.
